Your New Home Selection and Consultation

We’ll work with you to get all the details just right. Our Building and Design Team will take a thorough brief to understand your ideas and challenges, presenting tailored solutions to suit your site, home design and budget.
You’ll also receive a customised proposal for your own draft plans.
Once you’ve finalised any tweaks and chosen your inclusions, we’ll prepare your final plans.
Your complete Building Quotation and Master Builders Association (MBA) Contract
Now your design is finalised, you’ll receive a complete Building Quotation with every last detail.
Upon acceptance, we’ll prepare your complete fixed price MBA Contract including progress payment schedule, all inclusions and expected completion date of your new home.
While we progress your Development Approval (DA) and Building Approval (BA) process for you, you’ll be introduced to our incredible Online Client Management System so you can track your build 24/7.
You’ll also receive access to our unique Element Building Guide including action items, handy tips and things you need to know.
Once building approvals and design layouts are complete, we’ll schedule a Pre-Construction Consultation to ensure we’re all on the same page, answer any final questions and introduce you to our dedicated Construction Team.

You’ll receive regular progress updates and site visits during your building journey with us.
We can’t wait to handover your keys and welcome you to your new home.
Just before we do, we’ll apply for Certificate of Occupancy on your behalf and work with you to ensure this is finalised along with your final progress payment. We’ll also meet you onsite to go through any finishing touches. Now lets confirm your move in date!
90-Day Maintenance Period
